The SMT Materials Testing Laboratory has always supported training by promoting internships and apprenticeships for young people to grow within the company with theoretical and practical training supported by qualified and experienced personnel.
Likewise, thanks to the skills and professionalism of its staff and associates, SMT is able to conduct courses in mechanical testing, to heat treatments dedicated to the staff of its clients.
Courses can be designed together with clients to give the most welcome or necessary slant; they can be delivered at SMT’s headquarters, equipped with a modern and functional dedicated room, or at the client’s premises.
