BRAZING WORKSHOP
Brazing is a type of welding that involves joining metal pieces, even those of different materials, by means of a filler metal without melting the pieces to be assembled.
This process provides many benefits, such as low working temperature, high fluidity and heat input, excellent capillarity, resistance to corrosion, and ease of use.
Brazing has significant advantages when done in the correct manner such as the ability to weld dissimilar materials together, the integrity of the base materials, and durability.
Therefore, the course is intended to be a valuable support in delivering the necessary and basic skills for brazing processes to be performed in the proper manner.

Preparation for the practical part
- Explanation of the operation of a hydrogen gas generator
Practice I: brazing techniques and joint sectioning
- Hands-on brazing exercise of various materials (Cu-Fe-Brazing-Brazing-Brazing) with section of joints to check full penetration.
Practice II: brazing techniques and joint sectioning
- Hands-on brazing exercise of various materials (Cu-Fe-Brazing-Brazing-Brazing) with section of joints to check full penetration.
Standards for qualifying brazing processes and welders
- European reference standards – part Laboratory
- Testing and sample preparation techniques
- Macro examination for brazing penetration

The cost of the course is €500.00 + VAT 22% for each participant.
There is a discount according to the number of members from the same company:
- From 2 to 5 participants from the same company: 10% discount
- Above 6 participants from the same company: 15% discount
