The project aims to provide specific technical and commercial skills to steel product sales professionals, helping to integrate relational and strategic sales skills with a specific technical knowledge base about products and materials, production processes and the needs of industrial customers.

Objectives:

Knowing how to accompany the customer throughout the buying process with a consultative approach

Conveying technical expertise and proper understanding of the requirements of the industrial product purchasing process in the steel industry to the interlocutor

Know how to comprehensively present the business offer, defining the added value also in relation to the characteristics of the customer's production process

Strengthen negotiation, communication, objection management skills to support the value of proposals

From knowledge of the types of industrial customers and target markets to the definition of requirements, and from technical-commercial arguments to order confirmation.

Module 1 Developing skills by valuing experience (24 hours)

Basic technical skills about the products made and marketed, starting with materials used, chemical and mechanical composition, criteria for selection in industrial uses
In-house production processes and their prevailing characteristics.

Module 2 Customer relationship: customer relationship management (8 hours)

From product/service sales to consultative selling
Negotiation in industry
Technical sales communication
