THE BASICS OF EXPEDITING
Expediting is a strategic activity in project management that ensures that production and delivery schedules for materials and components are met.
During the course, an overview of expediter responsibilities, monitoring and reminder techniques, reporting management, and coordination with suppliers and clients will be provided. The goal is to understand the dynamics of the profession and its impact in industrial projects.

The next edition of the course will be held Friday, October 17, 2025 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The course will be held at the SMT Laboratory Via del Lavoro 7, Pozzo d’Adda (MI).
The cost of the course is €500.00 + VAT 22% for each participant.
A discount is provided depending on the number of members from the same company:
- From 2 to 5 participants from the same company 10% discount
- Above 6 participants from the same company 15% discount
The participation fee also includes the cost of lunch and coffee break
interprofessional funds
As of this year, all courses can be financed using the company’s
resources set aside in the company’s membership fund and/or other
funding measures dedicated to continuing education (e.g.
Regional Calls, New Skills Fund, etc.).
