We are the ideal materials testing laboratory for those in the Oil&Gas, Aerospace, Nuclear and Advanced Mechanical industries with:
Corrosion in H₂S and HSCC environments.
Sulphide Stress Corrosion Cracking (SSCC) and Hydrogen Induced Cracking (HIC) tests performed according to NACE TM0177, TM0316 and EFC 16.
Up to 108 SSCCs + 108 HICs in parallel, with strain monitoring and post-test analysis.
Fatigue testing and CONTROLLED DEFORMATION.
High and low cycle number tests (HCF / LCF) to evaluate the durability and stability of the material under cyclic loading.
Each sample is monitored with strain gauges and S-N curves.
